On 23 Dec 2011, Delcie’s healthy cakes for this year’s Christmas was featured on Channel News Asia AMLive show. I had fun although I admit I didn’t speak very well in the show as I couldn’t multi-task very well – decorating the cakes and speaking to the host at the same time.

Still, this is a breakthrough for us at Delcie’s – getting onto TV programs and making into national TV. Afterall, making healthy cakes is what we do best using organic ingredients, low sugar formular, without eggs and dairy. This is needed for us to showcase what we have been doing to the world so people will know we really did not use any unhealthy or chemical ingredients in our baking!

After the show, on AMLive FB page, we found out that the host were having fun behind the scene…. the hosts were holding our Cranberry Teacake and Gold Tree Cake.

As we all know Deepavali is a very special day and while most of you are vegetarian, do book your cakes with us early as we are running low in baking slots for this day.

Meantime, I will be putting on my new punjabi suit to visit my future in-laws this Deepavali.
