Breathless baking.
This is the word to describe the CNY cookies baking session during the month of Jan and early Feb. I’m surprise the respond was so good given that this is the first year I’ve decided to sell it online.
I’m really sorry for those who has missed out the order period and wanted it now. I’ve been receiving CNY cookies order ever since I returned from the CNY break. Those who ate at their friends’ house and wanted to order, those who only order 1 tub to try and wanted more and those who never try but heard about how good our tarts are and wanted to order… and the many others.
Too bad, I only bake them during Chinese New Year. Due to economic of scale, I can’t do them outside the CNY period because the ingredients will be too expensive to get if I were to just bake a few tubs.
So be early next year in 2011 because I know a lot of you are waiting. Once again, I’m really sorry to you if I couldn’t bake your CNY cookies order.
