Customised GF Order

Key Notes for Gluten Free customised orders:

  1. View here for the range of Gluten Free (GF) customised cakes we have done for our past customers with pricing. If you do not wish to order a GF customised cake, please click here to use a separate order form for our vegan/healthy version.
  2. As cake customisation requires time to set (especially for 3D fondant cakes), we will need at least ten (10) working days advance notice. Wedding customisation order may require at least one (1) month advance notice.
  3. Urgent order (notice given less than ten (10) working days) will be subjected to availability and additional 15% surcharge.
  4. Due to limited production, all orders are served on first-come-first-serve basis upon payment confirmation not less than seven (7) working days otherwise it will be considered urgent order.
  5. Please note that we are not able to customised cartoon characters that are copyrighted by law. Do input into “Special Request” and we may suggest you alternatives.
  6. Fondant cakes/cupcakes should not be refrigerated before serving. We recommend placing it in a cool, dry area (air-conditioned is best).
