Have your cake and eat it.

Following Ms Oi Lin’s footsteps in being part of The Magic Oven’s community baking project is Ms Clare. She will be officially baking in The Magic Oven from tomorrow onward every Sunday from 11am to 10pm.

A former teacher and an educator at heart, Clare is passionate about all things culinary. Rather than just tell students to live their dreams,  she decided it’s time she followed her heart, and pursued her dream as a chef.  Hence the creation of the eClareshop in 2008, a small scale home-baking cum catering services for family and friends.

An advocate for the use of the finest quality ingredients, Clare infuses her ‘simple’, ‘wholesome’ and ‘true’ approach to food into her baked goodies. It’s a philosophy she is also hoping to encourage others to embrace and incorporate in their own lives.

The eClareshop serves a wide range of cupcakes, cheesecakes, Japanese-French pastries, pies and tarts, soups, salads and roasts.

All eClare goodies are made fresh daily, from scratch, with the best ingredients; lovingly prepared with dollops of passion and sprinkles of joy.

Have your cake and eat it.

So if you’re a friend of Clare or would wish to check out her specialities, do join her every Sunday at The Magic Oven. Tomorrow, she’s will be whipping up Chocolate and Orange Marmalade Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting and Blue Berry Butter Cake.

See you soon!
