Yesterday while running around town to do our purchase for this coming hectic weekend, we made a decision to invest in a ice storage box. We figured out that this will be a great investment for Delcie’s as our desserts require cold-storage.
So, we went down to Giant Hypermart and stood in front of the ice box section for almost an hour trying to evaluate the best size, best price and best brand to invest in.
In the end, we got this Coleman box for S$162. There is this unique feature about this particular model: it allows us to store chill stuff for up to 5days at room temperature!
Despite the fact that we only bake the day before delivery and the likelihood that we won’t be storing our desserts for up to 5days before delivery, we still decide to get this. It was mainly because it gave us the most assurance that our desserts would be store in a tip-top condition.
