My heart almost stopped when I saw this air conditioning unit sitting right at the back of my alfresco area.
“It’s not supposed to be there!”
I can’t believe that the landlord’s contractor actually move this on to the spot where I had long planned for my freezer-chiller unit.
Now, I’ve to plan my layout again in order to fit in this freezer-chiller somewhere else. >.<”
What can I do? The unit doesn’t belong to me anyway. I’m just a miserable tenant with no say or whatever to control how they want to construct the unit. Moreover, this shift was a direct order by URA for TOP approval.
Sadly, all of us have to comply to their requirement in order to get their approval for official occupancy.
I’m still crossing my fingers with strong hope that we’ll get the TOP date really soon. =(
