My brother was having a crisis earlier. He was supposed to attend his friend’s birthday party but he hasn’t got any presents to bring along.
And seeing me baking chocolate lava cake in my home kitchen for personal self-indulgence, he asked for some extras.
How can I reject my little brother’s request when he’s acting in despair. Afterall, I dote on him the most over the last 18 years.
So quickly, I used the same mix and did a couple of mini chocolate cupcakes. With the remaining egg whites I had leftover from my chocolate lava cake recipe, I whipped out a meringue as topping, throw some pastel colours in and put them to harden in the oven for 5 mins.
So in the end, these cute little cupcakes looked exactly like the traditional mama shop 
Ais Gem biscuit that I used to love when I was a kid.
