Sore Feet from Running Errands

WARNING: Not for the faint heart! Bloody feet picture below!

Running errands had never been this bad before and it wasn’t like any other household errands that I’m talking about. As we all know, Delcie’s Desserts has recently took over the full shop in Bishan and has been baking there ever since, but what goes behind the scene in building this shop was so much of a bigger picture as compared to the little baking house in Bishan. Over the last week, I’ve been running a series of meetings, viewing furnitures, taste-testing suppliers’ food and the many other little errands that must be done before 19th Jan.  All these had drained away so much of me and what was left of me was a bloody toe.

It would probably never woke me up until I had this opportunity to run the whole show all by myself. It’s not as easy as it seemed to me. Or rather, I thought it would be as easy as ABC. Unfortunately not. So a warning to all you people who want to set up a business, it’s indeed not easy at all! But, believing in your dreams will get you far. Luckily for me, I have a fantastic friend, Adelene, who stood by me by offering her help to do all the hard labour. =) I know many of you my friends who are waiting in the queue to help me out and I sincerely thank all of you who had offered your help in the shop. Also, I can’t say how much I appreciate all the encouragement, care and concerns from you guys for me to pull this together despite my personal trauma at home.
