Being our first virgin bake sales at the Farmers’ Market, it was an eye-opener. The vendors were all so welcoming, the customers were so friendly and the entire street was buzzing with activities the entire morning! If you’ve missed out on this one, try coming for the next one to see for yourself!

This is a totally random shot (must be too tired from the baking that I took it upside down). We were trying to bake so hard for this market the day before.

Those bagging them home were surprisingly not local Chinese but the foreign expats who truly enjoy our local culture of mooncake feasting. They can’t stop telling us how great our mooncake taste compared to those they had tried from the hotels. ;P
