Wow! Did I see a thumbs-up for my Vegan Chocolate Mud Cake? These people are really enjoying it!

What: Lunch at Taste of Natural and Vegan Dessert Sampling!

Our next meetup is really something very special indeed! We’ll be having lunch at Taste of Natural, a phenomenally good vegan place serving creative meals that are both healthy and delicious! Taste of Natural has transformed the landscape of lunchtime vegetarian dining in the CBD – the outlet places a great emphasis in using all-natural ingredients and preparing all food freshly. Menu options include lasagnas, pastas, brown rice sets and an organic burger (the finest vegan burger I’ve tried in Singapore!).

Meals are very reasonably priced at around $6, including soup and salad! A true bargain for such huge portions! Taste of Natural don’t usually have many items on offer on a Saturday, but as we’re going as a group, they will specially prepare some of the finest menu items just for us

… but that’s not all! What would a great lunch be without dessert?!

I have recently teamed up with Taste of Natural to offer a range of Healthy Guilt-Free Low-Sugar Eggless CNY goodies including Pineapple Tarts. Before the official launch of my cake range, I would like to invite you to try out some of my latest vegan creations, including some wonderful cakes! About Vegetarian Meetup Group:
You don’t have to be vegetarian to join the group or attend our meetings, but it certainly helps if you have interest in the subject and enjoy eating vegetarian food.

Join us and meet new friends and acquaintances, share recipes, great new places to eat – all while having a delicious vegetarian meal!

We try to meet on the first and third week of every month, and most of the meets are on Saturdays.

Meetups on the first week of the month are our foodie meets, where the main purpose is to meet up over delicious food and have a great chat.

The meetup on the 3rd week of each month is our “activity based” meetup where we do some activity in addition to the normal eating and chatting.

To keep things as varied as possible, meetup locations and activities generally do NOT repeat (unless requested by popular demand). So if you see something that you like, don’t miss out!

I’ll leave the pictures to say a thousand words but Pat would definitely hope I can put in a few words on her behalf for her perfect creations.

Tropicana – $2.00 each
Luscious cubes of mango and kiwi heaped over zingy tropical lime curd, encased in rich, fragrant, almond coconut short-crust pastry.

Berries on Chocolate – $2.80 each
Strawberries, blueberries and raspberries lovingly presented on a bed of raspberry chocolate granche, smothered over a disc of flour-less chocolate spongecake… all these in a crisp hazelnut short-crust pastry.
