The Heart Breaker vs. The Hard Breaker

Seriously, I am still very taken back by the death of Michael Jackson. I love his songs back in the 90s when I was still tiny, mounting my face in front of the TV set with his laser disc playing over and over again. His music videos were always fascinating to watch and his never boring moonwalk which made me wanna groove when the local radios blasted his Billie Jean across my room. I bet I’m going to miss this icon for sure. I remember the time when I watched his fans cried and fainted on TV. I cannot imagine how much it takes for one to reach that level.

No doubt, I bet one fruit will be able to achieve such level. It either makes you cry with joy or faint with the smell. Whether you like it or hate it, durian is in the air!

Smell it, it’s really everywhere.

Starting from our low-fat, low-sugar base crust, we move up a level revealing the durian puree that wraps around the vanilla pound cake like a little baby. Lastly, we seal the essence with a hard semi-sweet chocolate crust on the top that gives the finishing touch to our seasonal dessert.

As you dig your way through the hard crust, you break into the soft and fresh Durian that makes you go Mamma Mia! with every spoonful you put into your mouth. No wonder we called it The Hard Breaker.

Last year, our Durians desserts were practically sold out and customers have been pending order for this day, once again.
