Many customers wonder why don’t we make Tiramisu. Many has been requesting for it but sadly, I have to turn them away as Tiramisu, if made without the alcohol, isn’t a 100% Tiramisu.
If you’re wondering why our desserts are strictly “no-alcohol”, well, that’s because our desserts are made with Halal cream cheese and we would like to keep it that way to cater for the Muslim fans.
So after many months of searching, I finally found the solution!
*drums rolling* May I present to you our Non-alcoholic Tiramisu!
In every cup, you’ll find our self-created low-fat based crust, followed by a pound cake dipped in coffee syrup. Surrounding the cake is our signature coffee cheese mousse tingle with a pinch of non-alcoholic Brandy.
Order is strictly based on request only although some of our customers had already gotten their hands on our first batch. =P
