YouTube – How Sugar Effects Our Health, Energy & Weight Loss

Watch the video as it shows us how much sugar content there are in our normal snacks and drinks and its effects on our body.

This is why I never encourage eating normal sugar, especially WHITE sugar as it’s bleached with chemicals and highly processed.

In our healthy baking mission, we use raw sugar to replace the white sugar and we cut back more than 50% of the sugar content in our cakes by using natural fruits to sweeten the deal. On top of that, we don’t use saturated fats like butter, margarine or shortening in our cakes. Instead, only good trans-fat free oil such as grape-seed oil and natural canola oil are being used. When oil is used, we use it sparely in our baking which is also reduced by more than 50% compared to traditional cake recipes.

For those who wish to avoid the sugar, our diabetic-friendly cake will provide you a low G.I. option where we use only pure and natural organic agave which we specially imported in from Europe.
